It is the purpose of B. to communicate gradually through this Magazine, a Treatise on MACROCOSMAL ASTROLOGY; which he had first designed for a separate publication; but thinks his OBJECT—the enlightening of Mankind will be more certainly attained by interspersing his information where it may meet the eye that looks not for it, and important matter where amusement is sought.
